Team and organisational training courses with a variety of flavours, from “Lunch and learn” briefings to full and multi-day workshops, all focused on teaching staff to understand stress and be able to manage it better. The courses can be stand-alone or combined with 121 or team coaching to reinforce the learning and techniques.
